Our company arrange a activity to let employees to attend a job training to enhance our software skills.

With the trend of a lot of new office softwares were applied, it is important to improve employees' skills of new software, which can save a lot time and make work more efficient. 

Company also provide a lot new chance for us to try different software, the software will be applied if the feedback from us is good.

This time, we are learning some skills about cross border electronic commerce, this lecture was held by Amazon. Some details we are very insteresting in, such as how to choose pattern/style for western people, becuase the tradition and culture are different from china, so the aesthetic idea is also different.  Normally, western like the simple tidy/simple/ but meaningful, which means we need to pay more attention on their aesthetic idea. On the other hand, we also need to learn more idea from their media or book, to know what  the history from and why people like tidy/simple but meaningful pattern.

Except from pattern/style, we also learn a lot of knowledge about electronic commerce, such as logstic of cross border, payment of cross border, customs duty. etc.

I think we will pay more attention on electronic emmerce in following, because it will effect people's lift a lot in future.
