    How to deal with customer compliants?

    Before shipping, we will send PPS and Shipping samples to customer for approval, then check with customer what is going wrong through keeping samples, try to find out what our customer really want, after that we work with technician and factory to solve different problems.

    Namally, the lead time is 3 months, depends on if we need to develop samples.

    With years of development, now we have a professional pattern team with CAD equipment, a cutting team and a finishing team. Moreover, our quality control team inspects each step from materials to products to ensure the high-quality of products.

    Our products cover functional outdoor wear, rainwear, cycling/running/fitness underwear and more. Our techniques in garment producing and accessories include tape seams, laser cut, overlock, flatlock, zig-zag stitching, sublimation print, reflective print, heat transfer print, semi-water print and more. Our office in mainland China is located in 'Garden on the sea' Xiamen, Fujian with very convenient transportation. Xiamen is an opening international port city, where it is easy to import the material from Taiwan or oversea, and to export goods to any country. Also there are rich resources on garment's supply chain, including a variety of fabrics and accessories.
