We check the SMS in line today.

It is important to follow comments from clients and make samples accordingly, sometimes, the workmanship can't meet the requirement of comments, which means we have to know what our clients really through communicating with clients and send our solution ways. But it is the most important to keep in touch.

when we are in sampling room, we will check fabric materials and accessaries at first, some important key points, such as for fabric: weight, waterproof, windproof, polyester or nylon, recycled fabric or not. About accessaries, for filling, synthetic down/cotton or duck/goose down or natural cotton.... And about zipper, what kinds of brand they are: SBS or YKK or SAB or some lative brands...., there are different specification and physical requirements for binding/mianlabel/print/embroidery/ hot tape seams/rubber badge.........

Second key point we need to check is the workmanship, such as the style of jacket, fitness or fashion styles, slim-fitting or loose-fitting pattern, and some details such overlock/overflat.....

The last key point is the measurements, we should follow the size chart clients send to us, then check with patternner, both patterner and our clients will make a deal by checking samples, we confirm the measurements through samples of proto sample/SMS/PPS.

So we pay more attention on samples of different stages.
