zig-zag stitching

Regarding the zig-zag stitching, it used for stitching labels normally.

There are two key we often use in label, as below:

1. the distance between two stitches;

2. the quality of yarns used for stitching.

For the distance between two stitches, normally it depends on the label you want to stitch or people's favorite. When the label is a big one, the ditance will be big than regular, or when the yarn is thick. In the same way, the distance will be close when the yarn is thin or the label is a small one.

For the quality of yarn, there are a lot of different types we can choose, as below:

• Animal fiber-based yarns. These yarns are sourced directly from domesticated animals and include yarn types such as Cashmere, Angora, Merino wool, and silk.

• Plant fiber-based yarns. These originate from plants and consist of cotton, bamboo, and hemp.

• Synthetic fibers yarns.

Most of factory will choose synthetic fibers yarns, because the cost is cheaper and propertis is durable, stability. 

Yarn 304 and yarn 404 are the most common used in zig-zag stitching.
