Final inspection

We come to workshop and chcek garment regularly. Today, we are checking the quilted jackets, the main items we check are including as follows:

1. if the quilting line is straight and both quilting line on both front part can match each other;

2. if the weight of padded cotton is enough and padded cotton is evenly distributed, not some places are heavy and other's are light;

3. if there is stain in jackets;

4. if the badge on chest is slant or not;

All of items are under control, only some uncutted threads need to improve.

Quality is first! Which means we need to pay attention on quality all the time, we check the goods through serval methord:

1.Double with the specification and property with client by BOM sheet;

2.Have a meeting with factory to check all of details;

3.Adjust the specification and property of fabric materials and accessaries according to the pattern and designl;

4.Send samples to client for approval;

5.Have a meeting with factory to doulbe check all of materials and pattern before starting production;

6.Our own inspector will visit factory and come to workshop to check goods on line.

We will contact with factory when we meet something need to be modified.

We will conclude all of defectives and record them with factory to avoid any mistake happen in following.
