softshell jacket with padded insert

Materials:

outshell 1: 90%PES/10%EA(Spandex) or similar softshell fabric inside with mesh (NO fleece), 

                  antistatic treatment;

outshell 2: 100% nylon or pes with ultrasonic quilting (NO stitching);

padding: 100%PES, soft fluffy padding down like, no real down, ~ 100g;

All garments must be free of AZO-dyestuff;

Colour fastness to rubbing, sublimation, water and light must be 4-5.

Workmanship:

1. elastic  necktape in contrast color & hanger loop;

2. mainlabel as  loop label at center back;

3. stand up collar out of bodyfabric, with small nylon piping and drawstring;

4. attached heringbonetape in color blue with cord string in 3 colors and metal stopper with logo engravement;

5. TPU "made in" label, sewn in neckline;
   

6. 3 different logo badges on chest and sleeve;

7. light padded inserst at backside and fronstside with ultrasonic quilting;

8. tonal logo print at backside;

9. side pocket with reversed coil zipper 5mm , tonal to bodycolor; zipperpuller;

10. woven flag label  at side seam;

11. front with reversed 5mm coilzipper, tonal to bodycolor, zipperpuller;
    

12. body  hem with 2 needle stitching at front and outshell binding on back;
    

13. half sleeve cuff out of interlock quality and half sleeve cuff out of softshellfabric.
