Material:

outshell fabric, body, sleeves and collar:100%Nylon or PES , with ultrasonic quilting (NO stitching), requested with waterproof/breathability ~ 3000*3000 mm;

lining:100%PES or PA;

padding:100%PES, soft fluffy padding down like, no real down, ~ 140g;

cuffs and body side inserts:90%PES /10% EA or PA/EA, elastic softshell fabric , ~ 240g/m².

All garments must be free of AZO-dyestuff;

Colour fastness to rubbing, sublimation, water and light must be 4-5.

Workmanship:

1. TPU "made in" label, sewn in neckline;

2. elastic  necktape in contrast color & hanger loop;

3. mainlabel as  loop label at center back;

4. stand up collar with drawstring at top;

5. 3 different logo badges on chest and sleeves;

6. shaped zipper facing at the front;

7. front yoke and body with ultrasonic quilting;

8. attached heringbonetape in color blue with cord string in 3 colors and metal stopper with logo engravement;

9. tonal logo print at backside;

10.  side in elastic interlock quality;

11. side pockets with tonal reversed 5mm coil zipper, zipperpuller, lower part without quilting;

12. woven flag label  at side seam;

13. front with reversed 5mm coilzipper, tonal to bodycolor, zipperpuller;

14. divided sleeve with key visual as print and half of the cuff in isoftshell quality;

15. tonal, elastic binding at body hem.
