Fabric Materials:

Bodyfabric, 50D300T pongee, matt, AC coated, waterproof, all over print;

Lining, 260T pongee, AC coated.

Padding, 100% polyester, thinsulate.

Zippers: 

front zipper and pocket zipper, 5# nylon reversed, tone to tone lining.

Leadtime: 45~60 days.

Workmanship:

1. collar with wadding and edge stitch along inside neck seam;

2. self fabric overlay shoulder panel with no stitch;

3. thinsulate quilted lining, as per our pictures;

4. zip pocket entry with secure bartacks at either ends;

5. 12mm self fabric gusset at either ends;

6. 2.5cm clean finished hem bagged out with lining and bungee cord tunnel;

7. elastic binding tape at cuff and hem;
   

8. CF exposed zipper.
