ultrasonic heated pattern with padding

We had finished a new sample, a vest which consists of two parts of fabrics.

The upper fabric on chest was made from woven fabric which was embossed by ultrasonic heating, as below:

It looks nice if the jacket or vest with light padding, because the pattern will not fix strongly if the padding is overweight. And as you can see, the lower part fabric on vest is knitted fabric, it is thin, so the part with padding also can't be too thick

There are a lot of patterns you can choose from processing factory, and you can also match the pattern with different kind of knitted fabric, it depends on you. In this case, the lower part is 30D 85%polyester15% knitted fabric, as below:

Of course there are a lot of different knitted you can choose, in this case, the fabric is 30D knited bonded with 30D kintted fabric, which can keep the lower part has elastic and looks more casual.

But there is important thing we got to know, different woven fabric has different propertis, only the fabric is 50D or above can be embossed with ultrasonic because it is hard to embossed both fabric together if the fibre is too thin.
