Vest Block

This vest block, softshell with lightweight, melange navy color, waterproof and windproof. Lining with fleece, keeps you warn. Elastic cord and stoppers in both side of hem, zippers closure. Mock neck, and a flap at the center front of the  neck that prevents chafing.

Fabric materials:

bodyfabric, 100% polyester fake wool melange, DWR;

Lining, 100% polyester micro fleece.

Zipppers: 5# coil zippers, SBS

Workmanship:

1. front yoke cut on bias;
   

2. edgestitch along armhole;

3. exposed zipper front placket with 6mm topstitch on either sides;

4. princess seam with no top stitch;

5. zip closure hip pocket with edge stitch, and secure bartacks;

6. woven overlay with edge stitch;

7. no side seam;

8. 12mm self fabric gusset at either ends;

9. 3cm self fabric facing bagged out with lining and bungee cord tunnel;
