Materials:

Outshell Fabric:100 % dull Nylon; 30 or 20 D,1.000 watercolumn; 1.000 MVP;

Lining:same as shell fabric;

Padding:down like padding 230gsm (not real down),  soft and fluffy, with very good recovery; 100%PES.

All garments must be free of AZO-dyestuff;

Colour fastness to rubbing, sublimation, water and light must be 4-5.

Workmanship:

1. Necktape and woven mainlabel;

2. Stand Up collar;

3. Logo Print in col. yellow at zipper underlayer;

4. Woven Ripstape along right shoulder seam;

5.  logo badge with embroidery at chest;

6. Tonal Ripstape with Metal Rivet with engraved Logo at backsied collar;

7. Pockets at dividing seam with tonal coil zipper and contrast yellow bartacks;

8. Elastic binding at hem and sleeve hem with tonal embossed logo wording;

9. Front with Tonal Coil Zipper with yellow stitchings;

10. Big Shiny, tonal logo print at backside; ATTENTION: perhaps graduation for different sizes will follow;
